摘要
对Y112铝合金进行半固态触变挤压试验,确定了该试验最优的半固态二次加热工艺参数。研究表明,挤压后零件中的晶粒基本保持了半固态成形前坯料的颗粒状,说明在触变成形过程中坯料的流动方式是以液相包裹着固相颗粒的方式进行的。并将数值模拟数据与试验成形力曲线比较,结果二者数值和变化趋势基本吻合,说明数值模拟能够为分析整个锻造过程提供有效的依据,能够从结果中获得较为符合实际的材料流动规律和塑性行为。
In the paper,Y112 aluminum alloy Thixo-forging experiment in semi-solid state is carried out.The optimized reheating craft parameters are built in the experiment.The research expresses grains of parts that were forged basically keep spherical grains before semi-solid thixo-forming,Fluxion form of blank in Thixo-forming is the way that liquid wraps up solid.Numerical simulation data and forming resistance curve in experiment are compared,it's inosculating between simulation and experiment in numerical value and changing trend.Numerical simulation provides a valid gist to analyze entire forging process,Fluxion regulation and plastic that match actual state are acquired.
