摘要
针对使用图像清晰度的聚焦评价函数来实现显微镜系统中的自动调焦,介绍了几种常用的图像清晰度聚焦评价函数,在自动倒置显微镜下进行大量的实验,分别利用这几种函数对采集到的图像进行评价分析。研究结果表明,在显微镜系统下利用基于梯度类图像清晰度评价函数拉普拉斯(Laplacian)算子可以有效地抑止噪声干扰,并且单峰性、重复性和稳定性都比较良好,能实现快速高效的自动调焦。
In view of using image sharpness focusing appraisal function to realize automatic focusing in the microscope system,first several kind of commonly used image sharpness focusing appraisal functions were introduced,and then made the massive experiments under the automatic inverted microscope,carried on the appraisal analysis to the gathered images separately using these kinds of functions.The results indicated that under the microscope system the Laplace(Laplacian) operator which based on gradient class image sharpness appraisal function may effectively restrain the noise jamming,and the unimodality,the repeatability and the stability quite are all good,and it can realize fast and highly effective automatic focusing.
