Experimental Research of ECM Using Ultra Short Pulses

摘要 介绍了利用超短脉冲电源进行微细电解加工实验的原理与装置,分析了影响微细电解加工的几个主要因素及影响趋势。并研究了微细电极的在线制作,发现采用铜锌合金材料可以很容易地加工出直径10μm左右,长径比大于50的微细电极,且电极的圆柱度很好。 The principle and equipment for micro structure using ultra short pulses in electrochemical machining (ECM) were introduced. Several main factors and influences were analyzed. The fabrication of microelectrode was studied, and it was found that Cu-Zn alloy was easy to be fabricated with diameter about 10μm, and the ratio of length to diameter more than 50, and the shape was fine.
