摘要 本试验利用正交实验确定基本培养基、激素6-BA、NAA的量以及附加物的不同对瓶苗诱导根分化生长的影响,并优化生根培养基;利用无菌播种培育的原球茎,确定激素6-BA、NAA和附加物对根状茎分化的影响,以水苔作为基质,对诱导生根的建兰变种进行炼苗;经分析得出1/4MS+NAA2.0mg/L+6-BA 0.1mg/L+10%香蕉泥培养基为建兰变种的最优生根诱导培养基;MS+NAA 2.0mg/L+6-BA 1.0mg/L+10%椰子汁培养基为诱导建兰变种根状茎分化最优培养基,炼苗存活率达到93.8%。 The effects of basic culture medium,different concentrations of 6-BA ,NAA and different additions on the root induction of seeding were investigated to use an orthogonal design.The effects of cytokinin 6-BA,NAA and additions on root stock were studied with the pretocorm which seeds grew up in the aseptic condition.Cymbidium variety whose roots had been induced was transplanted out of aseptic bottles and grew in the Sphagnum moss.As a result,Cymbidium.variety were the best induced rooting in the culture medium including 1/4MS,2.0mg/L NAA,0.1mg/L 6-BA and 10 percent banana mud,and were the best induced root stock in the culture medium including MS,2.0mg/L NAA,1.0mg/L 6-BA and 10 percent coconut milk,and the seedlings transplanted out of aseptic bottles can survive 93.8 percent.
