公路工程项目是在复杂的自然和社会环境中开展的,是一个建设周期长、投资多、技术要求高、内部结构复杂、外部联系广泛的建设施工过程。公路工程项目作为集经济、技术、管理和组织为一体的综合性活动,在各个方面都存在着不确定性,因此迫切需要加强风险管理。
The road engineering project which is a construction process with long construction period, large investment, high technical requirement, complex interior structure and comprehensive exteri- or relation is carried on in the complex nature and social environment.
