电针对去势雌性大鼠激素及受体表达变化的调整机制 被引量:1

Adjustive Mechanism of the Electroacupunctive Effect on the Changes of Hormone Level and its Receptor's Expression for Emasculative Female Rat

摘要 探索电针对去势雌性大鼠体内雌激素水平及子宫组织内雌激素受体表达变化的调整机制 .选用 4 5月龄的雌性SD大鼠 2 6只 ,随机分成正常对照、病理对照和病理治疗三组 ,实验组动物手术行双侧卵巢切除术建立更年期病理模型 ,以电针动物“关元”、“中极”、双侧“子宫”、双侧“三阴交”穴为针刺部位 ,连续治疗 10天后用放射免疫分析(RIA)法测定血清雌二醇 (E2 )水平及SABC免疫组织化学染色法测定子宫内雌激素受体 (ER)表达量 .结果发现电针去势雌性大鼠可使其子宫组织内下降的雌激素受体表达量有所回升 ,并能够升高其血清雌二醇浓度 .表明电针作用对受试模型下的动物子宫雌激素受体表达以及血清雌二醇浓度的改变有着负反馈的作用 。 To explore adjustive mechanism of the electroacupunctive effect on the changes of hormone level and its receptor's expression for emasculative female rat.Choose 4.5-months SD female rat to establish the climacteric model by the operation of cutting the ovary on the both sides,use the electroacupuncture of “guanyuan”points、“zhongji”points、both side“zigong”points and both side“sanyinjiao”points as the prescription,after a 10-days cure of electroacupuncture,measure the estradiol level of blood serum by radiative-immune analysis(RIA),and the estrogen Receptor(ER)'s expression of the uterus tissue by SABC analysis.It causes an increase in the quantity of the estrogen receptor's expression of the uterus tissue and an increase in the estradiol concentration of blood serum by applying electroacupuncture to the emasculative female rat.It proves the effect of electroacupuncture acting on the changes of the estrogen Receptor(ER)'s expression of the uterus tissue and estradiol concentratiion of blood serum for rat by a reverse feedback,and also provides a basis for applying the therapeutics of electroacupuncture to Climacteric Syndrome by experiment.
