摘要
改革开放以来,随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,大批农民工涌进城市(其中包含有大量重点人口),使得城市治安变得越来越复杂。为了更好地管理外来重点人口,笔者提出外来重点人口管理中存在的问题及对策,以便同广大学者、同仁及公安实践中的民警进一步探讨,以达成共识,从而更好地指导实践工作。
with the reform-opening and the gradual establishment of socialist market economy system, large quantities of fanners flooded into cities, including a number of key population, which made those cities more and more complex. In order to further administrate the key population, the article aims at raising the problem in administrating the population and its countermeasures to further discuss with many scholars, colleagues and policemen in practice, so that accordant idea may be formed to guide practical work.
