摘要
我国各个省份的高等教育人才培养体系存在着差异。从人才培养的层次、类型、学科专业结构三个方面对省域高等教育人才培养体系的现状研究进行阐述,认为省域高等教育人才培养体系的改革与实践可概括为4个方面:扩大人才培养规模;完善管理体制,指导高校合理定位;调整人才培养层次;调整科类、专业结构,适应人才需求。
There is a difference in the personnel training system of higher education in China＇s various provinces. In this paper, we described the research about the status quo of the personnel training system of provincial higher education concerning three areas： the level of personnel training, the type of personnel train- ing, the structure of disciplines and professional. The reform and practice of the personnel training system in provincial higher education summed up in four areas： expand the size of personnel training, improve the management system and guide colleges and universities positioning reasonably, and adjust the level of personnel training, the structure of disciplines and professional to adapt to the needs of qualified personnel.
