摘要
针对在砖房中出现的房屋稳定性问题作了概念上的论述，并说明砖房增层在遵守抗震规范。
A conceptual discussion is made on the stability problem which occurr to the brick houses, directly. Thereupon, the paper states the importance about well done conceptual and aseimatic design when the brick house floor adding is carried in accordance with the aseimatic regulations normalized. The three criterria are also presented in the paper to conform with aseimatic protection.
