50头经产的黑白花奶牛200天的试验表明,在基础日粮中添加异位酸的试验牛,平均每头每日产奶量比喂基础日粮的对照牛多1.01公斤,增加5.14%(P<0.01);折算成标准奶,每头每日比对照牛多产1.41公斤,增加7.84%(P<0.01)。乳脂、乳蛋白和乳中干物质的含量分别提高4.43%,1.31%和2.68%。试验牛产1公斤标准奶所需要的奶牛能量单位和粗蛋白质比对照牛低。两组牛的健康状况和繁殖性能相似。
The trial was conducted with a total of 50 multiparous Holstein cows for 200 days.The treatments included the control and that supplemented with isoacids in the basal diet.The trial showed that the cows fed isoacids produced more milk and fat-corrected milk than the control cows,resulting in an average increase of 1.01kg/d or 5.14% of milk(P<0.01),which amounted to 1.41 kg/d or 7.84% of fat-corrected milk(P<0. 01).The percent milk fat,milk protein and milk total solids increased by 4,43%,1.31% and 2.68% respectively.The requirements of NND and protein for the cows fed isoacids to produce 1 kg fat-corrected milk is lower than that for the control cows.The health and reproduction were similar for all cows.
