摘要
用ANSYS软件建立卡环的三维实体模型,并对卡环的啮合过程进行了有限元分析和计算。算出卡环上各点的x方向位移和y方向位移,通过矩阵运算求出各点的径向位移。然后建立卡环修正后的三维实体曲线形模型,重新计算出环上各点的径向位移,再修正。通过2次逼近后获得啮合后误差小于0.02 mm卡环的热弯模型值,为卡环的精密设计和制造提供了理论依据。
The 3D solid model of the shuttle is established with ANSYS software, and the engagement process of the shuttle is finite-element analyzed and calculated. The x direction displacements and y direction displacements on the shuttle are calculated, and the radial displacements are calculated through matrix operations, too. 3D solid curved model of the shuttle after corrected is established. The radial displacements along the shuttle are recalculated, then the 3D solid model of the shuttle is remodified. The heat-bend moulding typical values with error less than 0.02mm are obtained after two approximation calculations. It plays a guiding role in precise design and manufacture of the shuttle.
