摘要 BIOLOG微生物鉴定系统是一种新型的鉴定微生物种群多样性的方法。随着对大曲微生态研究的发展,这种方法在大曲微生态的研究上同样能够起到很好的效果。通过实验表明,应用BIOLOG微生物鉴定系统可以明确反映大曲微生态的情况,与传统的平板计数法相比,可以更加有效地反映大曲微生物的活性。 BIOLOG microbes identification syetem is a new method to appraise microbial diversity. With the development of Daqu micro-ecological research, this method can be applied in the study of Daqu micro-ecology. Experiments show that the application of biolog microbes identification syetern can clearly reflect the Daqu micro-ecological situation. Compared with the traditional method of plate, it can more effectively reflect the Daqu microbial activity.
