摘要
分析了微隙技术提高柴油机气缸密封性的机理.在2135Ca型柴油机上进行了3种不同的活塞与缸套间隙、不同活塞环开口间隙方案下的油耗试验.结果表明:采用活塞与缸套的间隙为0.17mm、活塞环开口间隙为0.50mm、修正活塞的外形、对活塞及活塞环作微隙技术化学热处理的方案,能有效地降低油耗,延长活塞环寿命,有助于提高发动机的综合性能.
The principle that the Micro-gap Technology improved the cylinder sealing performance is analyzed. The fuel consumption test was conducted with three different piston and cylinder gaps, and piston ring opening gaps in 2135Ca diesel engines. The results show that if the piston and cylinder gap is 0.17mm and piston ring opening gap O. 50 mm, while the piston shape amended and chemical treatment of the Pistons and piston ring fuel consumption will be reduced the life time of piston ring prolonged, and the comprehensive performance of diesel engine inproved effectively.
