摘要
目的探讨老年前列腺癌去势治疗患者抑郁心理的循证护理措施。方法根据2006年2月至2008年6月27例老年前列腺癌患者去势治疗具体情况,提出护理问题,收集相关研究证据,采取相应护理措施。结果患者抑郁心理减轻或消除,能主动配合治疗与护理。结论采取循证护理方法可促进老年前列腺癌去势患者早日康复,提高生活质量及患者对护理服务的满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effects of evidence-based nursing against mental depression in the elderly patients with prostate cancer after androgen deprivation therapy （ADT）. Methods According to the conditions of 50 elderly patients with prostate cancer undergoing ADT from Feb. 2006 to Jun. 2008,the relevant nursing management was preferred based on the nursing questions and research data. Results eliminated with proactive cooperation The mental depression in the patients were relieved or even in the treatment.
