摘要
目的:分析Nogo-66蛋白的氨基酸序列特征,分析其产生免疫应答的机会。方法:ProPred web interface程序,ProPred MHC-ⅡBinding Peptide prediction Server抗原表位分析软件,对Nogo-66蛋白进行分析,查找T细胞抗原表位,分析分子量及氨基酸残基特征。结果:Nogo-66蛋白有6个重复率最高的T淋巴细胞受体识别的抗原表位:LGHVNCTIK VQKYSNSAL LVQKYSNSA LRRLFLVDD YKGVIQAIQ FLVDDLVDS,铆钉残基明确。结论:Nogo-66蛋白的氨基酸序列决定了其可能具备免疫原性,具有刺激免疫系统产生T淋巴细胞介导的免疫反应的分子基础。
AIM: To analyse the character of the amimopheno protein Nogo-66 for the next study about the immunity METHODS. We analysed the amimopheno list of by it. st of protein Nogo-66 by program ProPred web interface by software of ProPred MHC-Ⅱ Binding Peptide prediction Server to find its T cell epitope and the stamp of molecular weight and aminophenol.RESULTS, There are six repeated T cell epitope. LGHV NCTIK VQKYSNSAL LVQKYSNSA LRRLFLVDD YKGV IQA IQ FLVDDLVDS while the rivet aminophenol equiped in every T cell epitope. CONCLUSION, The character of the amimophenol list of protein Nogo-66 decide the molecule basic for leading to the immuno resoonsion of T lymphocyte.
