摘要
为提高期刊同行评议专家评审稿件的能力,需要对审稿专家进行培训。指出当前国内对审稿专家培训的不足,并介绍《英国医学杂志》对专家进行在线培训的方法。
The quality of peer review can be improved by online training. The authors point out that currently there is a lack of training for peer reviewers in China. In this article, the authors introduce the online training method for peer reviewers used by BMJ.
