Study on wetly breaking-wall method of pine pollen

摘要 加入固体添加剂进行松花粉湿法破壁;数码显微成像系统观察破壁前后显微形态差异,紫外光谱法分析营养成分的增溶倍数,抗霉变实验考察稳定性,小鼠抗疲劳实验验证活性。结果表明,本工艺得到高破壁率的粉末状松花粉产品,增溶效果明显,抗霉变及稳定性强,活性效果显著提高,易应用于制备各种口服保健食品。 Pine pollen was comminuted wetly involving solid wall-breaking additives. Morphological changes after breaking the cell wall of pine pollen were observed with digital micro-imaging system. UV spectrophotometric method was used to analyze solubility of the inside nutrient.The results revealed that powder with desired wall- broken ratio could be accomplished efficiently and simply.Experiment on anti mould and anti stain showed that the product with better stability had superior effect to protect the nutrient. Compared to natural pine pollen, the assessment of alleviating physical fatigue proved that the activity of the processed pollen was improved apparently.The powder is readily to be prepared in all forms of oral health food.
