Maximizing group’s profits can be achieved by using excellent quality property to help bad property to reach an integrated development. After the development strategy was put forward by CNOOC, it not only rose upon the other three important strategies, but also became one of the cores to help the group realize First-class. Under the introduction of the strategy, CNOOC, COSL, OOECL and CBCL successfully went public, landed into civil and overseas capital market one after another, realized maintaining and increasing government owned capital, led rapid growth of relevant industries, led high quality and effective development of chemicals, fertilizer and artif ice industries.
