摘要
用线阵CCD测量不规则的薄的形体面积,需要对测量系统进行精确的标定。本文介绍一种实现标定的原理和方法,用规则形体进行标定,得到不同排列方式下的标定常数,其值随方向不同而变化。由单片机完成数据采集,PC机完成标定系数优化和面积的计算,从而进一步提高了测量精度。
It's necessary to calibrate the linear CCD area measuring system which is used to measure the area of a thin object. This article describes the principle and method of performing calibration, which is carried out with regular object and the calibration constant of different arrangements is gained, and its value changes with different directions. The data acquisition is completed by single chip microcomputer, and the optimization of calibration coefficient and area calibration are made by PC computer, thus the measurement precision is greatly improved.
