摘要 传统多拉杆预紧组合机架预紧力参数设计的基本假设与横梁、拉杆和立柱在实际工作环境中的组合变形不符。利用广义模块化理论,在ANSYS平台下建立了双柱液压机系列的各个参数化模块,考虑左右立柱与上下横梁间弹性接触、10根拉杆5次分步预紧和拉杆、立柱、上下横梁组合变形的基础上,分析了31.5 MN锻压机组合机架的变形和10根预紧螺栓拉杆残余预紧力的损失规律。研究了当前拉杆预紧力对已预紧拉杆残余预紧力的影响,得出组合变形状态下机架拉杆残余预紧力随加载次序加速递减的规律。详细阐述了逆序计算多拉杆初始预紧力的插值验证算法,通过对31.5 MN和45 MN组合机架10根拉杆预紧力的计算,验证了该方法的正确和通用性。 Basic hypothesis of classical pretension design of pre-tightening frame with many tension bolts does not agree with the combination deformation of crossbeam and column in working condition. Parametric modules of twin columns hydraulic press are built in ANSYS platform according to the generalized modular theory. On the basis of allowing for fully pre-tightening frame with combination deformation, 5 pretensions of 10 tension-bolts, as well as surface-to-surface contact on assembled surface, deformation of 31.5MN frame and the loss rule of pretension of ten tension-bolts were analyzed with ANSYS software. Influence of the initial pretension of the tensing bolts on the left pretension of tensed bolts is studied and an increasingly descending rule of the left pretension is found. An interpolating test method is explained in detail, which is validated by calculating the pretension of 10 screws of 31.5MN and 45MN frames.
