摘要 开放获取政策对推动开放运动具有很重要作用。本文通过对英国RCUK开放获取政策及其各成员机构的开放获取政策内容进行阐述,分析和评价这一政策对我国制定开放获取政策具有借鉴意义。 Open access policy has an important role for promoting open access movement. This paper analyzes the open access policy content of RCUK and its members, then explores its significance for reference to China.
