摘要
采用４种带血管神经蒂皮瓣推进修复手指端缺损８０例（９６个手指）。除１例皮瓣远端０．３ｃｍ宽皮缘坏死外，余者全部存活。７０个皮瓣经３～１２个月（平均６个月）随访，皮瓣感觉和二点辨别觉都正常，保留的指间关节和掌指关节功能正常。证明带血管神经蒂皮瓣是修复手指端缺损的首选方法。
Eighty patients, 96 fingertip defects were treated by using 4 kinds of advancement pedicle flaps with neurovascular bundle. All advancement pedicle flaps survived but necrosis occurred in distal part of the flap in one case. Seventy flaps were followed up form 3 to 12 months. The senses including sense of two point discrimination are normal, and the preserved joints including interphalangeal and metacarpophalangeal joints have normal function. Authors consider that advancement pedicle flaps with neurovascular bundle is the first select for repairing fingertip defects and worthy to be recommended for widely use because it has more advantages over other methods.
