摘要
本文报告成功治愈两例特重硝火烧伤（伴轻度吸入性损伤）并发ARDS患者。作者对ARDS的发病机理、诊断和鉴别诊断以及有效的治疗措施进行了讨论，认为高频喷射通气是治疗早期ARDS的有效措施之一。
Two patients were burned by flame of gunpow-der. Mild inhalation injury merged, but then withoutsevere symptom of the respiratory tract. 6 days and 10 days after injury, they were complicated by adultrespiratory distress syndrom. The complications werecontroIled effectively by high frequency jet ventila-tion. The authors summarize their experience in themanagement of ARDS after burning.
