摘要 以无水醋酸锌为催化剂,研究了碳酸二甲酯(DMC)与苯胺反应合成苯氨基甲酸甲酯(MPC)的表观反应动力学。结果表明:当DMC大量过量时,DMC与苯胺甲氧羰基化一步合成MPC的反应为准一级反应。并通过红外光谱分析了DMC、苯胺与甲醇对醋酸锌催化剂结构的影响,推测了该反应的反应机理。 The apparent kinetics of methyl phenyl carbamate (MPC) synthesis from aniline and dimethyl carbonate (DMC) using anhydrous zinc acetate as a catalyst was studied. The results showed that in the case of substantial excess of DMC, the apparent dynamic model of the one-step synthesis of MPC by methoxycarbonylation of aniline with DMC could be treated as a pseudo first order reaction. The effect of DMC, aniline and methanol on the structure of anhydrous zinc acetate were studied by FT-IR, and the possible mechanism of the reaction of aniline with DMC was speculated.
