摘要
提出了一种光伏半导体冰箱系统,分别在直流和交流供电的情况下对该系统的制冷、制热性能进行了实验研究.实验表明,制冷时该系统能维持箱内温度在5.0~10.0℃,制热时能维持箱内温度在62.0~68.0℃.此外,直流供电时的性能比较稳定,环境温度对其影响较小.该冰箱系统可用于户外缺电地区的食物、食品等进行保鲜或保温.
A small photovoltaic semiconductor refrigerator system has been proposed in this paper, and the experimental study of the refrigerating and heating of the proposed system has been conducted when AC and DC power were adopted. The experimental results demonstrated that the system can maintain the ternerature in the refrigerator at 5.0 - 10.0℃ in refrigerating, and maintain the temperature in the refrigerator at 62.0 - 68.0 ℃ in heating. The performance of the system is predominant when DC power was adopted. The influence of environment temperature is very small to the proposed system. The refrigerator system can be used to keep fresh or heat for foods in the outdoor environment for lack or no electricity conditions.
