摘要
硅酮结构密封胶是建筑幕墙工程中的关键材料。目前,对既有建筑玻璃幕墙进行安全评估时,对于硅酮结构密封胶大多采用现场切割部分样品送实验室检测的方法。本文介绍了三种硅酮结构密封胶的现场检测方法:吸盘法模拟集中力荷载作用的现场检测方法、气囊法模拟均布荷载作用的现场检测方法、现场拉伸测试,并对这三种方法进行了特点分析及比较。
For the time being, silicon structured sealant, which is a key material in projects of buildingi-s curtain wall, is usually tested by taking some as a sample on-the-site to the lab during safety assessment of the existing building' s curtain wall. This article introduces three methods of on-the-site test of silicon structured sealant and makes analytical comparison regarding the characteristics of each method.
