摘要
目的总结经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检患者围手术期的护理。方法分析2008年6月～2008年11月12例超声引导下经直肠前列腺多点穿刺活检患者的临床资料。结果本组12例患者穿刺均1次成功,其中确诊前列腺癌4例,良性前列腺增生7例,前列腺炎1例。穿刺术后发生血尿3例、发热2例,及时对症治疗,症状消失,无其他严重并发症发生。护理的重点是术前心理护理、清洁肠道、应用抗生素等,术中密切观察生命体征,术后加强出血、感染、前列腺脓肿、败血症等并发症的观察及护理。结论超声引导下经直肠前列腺多点穿刺活检术是一种安全、有效的检查方法,有助于提高前列腺癌的早期诊断率。做好术前准备、术中配合、术后观察护理及心理护理是穿刺成功的保障。
Objective To summarise nursing care of after transrectal Ultrasound guided biopsies of the praostate. Methods Analysis of 12 cases receiving transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the parostate during the period of June,2008 to November, 2008. Results The procedure was successfully performed for all the 12 cases by one puncture. 4 cases were prostatic carcinoma,7 cases were benign prostatic hyperplasia, 1 case was prostatitis. There were 3 cases of hematuria,0 case of bloody stool,0 ease of hemospermia,2 cases of hyperpyrexia after the procedure, and these complication were cured after nursing and symptomatic treatment. No major complication. Conclusions Transrectal ultrasound guided biopsies of the parostate is a safe and effective procedure ,benefits the early diagnosis of prostatic carcinoma. To successfully perform this procedure, optimization of the preparation work before the procedure,cooperation during the procedure and psychological nuring after the procedure is the key management.
