摘要
Ⅱ型糖尿病是由基因和环境共同作用所引起的多基因遗传病,随着人类基因组计划的完成和单核苷酸多态性(single-nu-cleotide polymorphisms,SNP)扫描技术的发展,许多SNP位点被证实与Ⅱ型糖尿病相关,因此易感基因的检测是未来糖尿病预防和治疗的关键。本文主要介绍了目前Ⅱ型糖尿病易感基因的检测策略、方法、研究进展及今后的研究方向。
Type 2 diabetes is a multi-factorial genetic syndrome induced by several different gene variants and environmental factors. With the accomplishment of Human Gcnome Project and the development of the screening technology for single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP), many SNPs have been proved to be the genetic factors of type 2 diabetes. Detecting the susceptibility genes becomes the key point to prevent and treat type 2 diabetes in the future. In this paper we devoted to introduce the detecting strategies and methods of susceptibility genes, review the SNP studies of major candidate genes for type 2 diabetes, and then introduce the newly reported researching progress and the prospect of type 2 diabetes.
