摘要
为了解决MTBE装置原料杂质问题,中国石油克拉玛依石化分公司在MTBE装置一级反应器碳四原料进料前安装了一台旋流净化器。碳四旋流净化器投用后除胺碱效果明显,净化了原料,MTBE装置所用催化剂的使用寿命大大提高,MTBE产量增加,节约了催化剂,也减少了废剂排放。
Amine impurities in C4 feed shortened the catalyst life of MTBE unit in PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Company, in order to purify the C4 feed, an eddy purifier was installed on the feed line of the first reactor. The application results of the eddy purifier was positive.the residual amine in C4 feed was removed significantly,the catalyst life was prolonged,the yield of MTBE increased,the consumption of catalyst reduced and less waste catalyst was drained.
