摘要
目的:建立苎麻叶中总多酚含量测定方法。方法:采用改进的Folin-Ciocalteu比色法,检测波长为755nm。结果:对照品标准曲线在0.01~0.07mg范围内(r=09999),线性关系良好。平均回收率102.87%,方法的变异系数为小于3.60%,测得苎麻叶80%乙醇提取物中总多酚平均含量为0.144%。结论:方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于苎麻叶中总多酚含量测定。
Objective: To set up an assay method for the determination of total polyphenol in Boehmeria nivea (Linn.) Gaudich. Method: The sample was determined by spectrophotometer, the detection wavelength was 755 nm. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.01-0.07 mg and the average recovery was 102.87%(RSD〈3.60%). Conclusion: The method is reliable, accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the total Polyphenol in Boehmeda nivea(Linn.) Gaudich.
