毫米波联合双氯芬酸二乙胺治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的毫米波联合双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂(以下简称扶他林)治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的临床疗效。方法156例颞下颌关节紊乱病的患者(无颞颌关节器质性病变)随机分为两组,实验组采用HZ-1型毫米波治疗仪和扶他林联合治疗,对照组单独采用HZ-1型毫米波治疗仪。结1果验组的疗程明显短于对照组(U=24.49,P<0.01),实验组中显效例数明显高于对照组(Ridit分析,U=7.518,P<0.01)。结论毫米波联合扶他林治疗颞颌关节紊乱病,比单独应用毫米波疗效好,能缩短病程,提高临床治疗效果。 Objective To investigate the clinical outcomes of mm ultrasound wave together with diclofenac diethylamine emulsion (voltaren) to treat the temporomandibular joint disorders. Methods 156 TMD patients without TMJ structural diseases were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group were treated by HZ- 1 nun ultrasound device and voltaren, while patients in the control group received only HZ- 1 mm ultrasound device. Results The course of treatment was significatly shortened in the experimental group when compared with the control ( U = 24.49, P 〈 0.01). In addition, the number of the patients with excellent improvement in the experimental group is much higher than that in the control group as determined by Ridit analysis ( U = 7.518, P 〈 0.01). Condusion The mm ultrasound wave together with voltaren is an effective treatment option for the TMD with shortened clinical process and improved outcome.
