摘要
目的:建立丹参滴注液中丹参素的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸(15:85);流速:1.0ml/min;紫外检测波长280nm;柱温:25℃。结果:丹参素的线性范围为19.62～117.73μg/ml;相关系数为0.9999;加样平均回收率为99.67%(RSD=1.46%)。结论:该法操作简单,结果准确,重复性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE： To develop a method for the quantitative determination of danshensu in danshen dripping solution .METHODS： By RPHPLC the chromatographic column was Kromasil C18 （4.6mm×150 mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid （15： 85）, the flow rate was set 1.0ml/min; the detectiun wavelength was at 280nm; temperature was 25℃.RESULTS： The linearity ranges of danshensu was 19.62-117.73μg/ml, the correlalinn was 0.9999; the average recovery of adding sample was 99.67% （RSD=1.46%） . CONCI,USIONS： The operation is simple, the result is accurate, the reproducible is good. It is for the quality control of danshen dripping solution.
