摘要
采用正确的方法对秸秆制粒机进行调试与维护,对保证制粒机的顺利运行具有极大作用,并能增加制粒机的使用寿命。文章结合一项工程实例,从开停机、磨合、水分调整、间隙调整、原料粒度等多个方面研究如何使制粒机稳定、高效、经济地运行。研究结果表明,如果措施得当,操作合理,可以获得良好的效果。文章对在调试过程中发现的问题提出了改进措施。
It＇s extremely important to adjust and maintain the pellet mill with correct methods. This will not only promote smooth running of the mill, but also will increase the life of the mill. With a practical project as example, the study has been carried out on how to maintain the steady, high ef- ficient and economic operation in the views of start ＆ stop, breaking in, water ratio adjustment, clearance adjustment and granularity of the raw material. It＇s found from the experiment that if suitable measures are taken and the operation method is reasonable, good effect could be obtained. Some innovation measures are put forward for solving some problems found in this proiect.
