摘要
介绍了三峡右岸电站H9000V4.0自动电压控制(AVC)的运行模式、调节模式、无功目标值获取方法、无功目标值分配方法和AVC相关条件。为了保证无功平稳调节到目标值,采用无功补偿和无功跟踪策略;针对目前电网很难给出确定的电压无功调差系数的问题,提出采用自学习自适应求解调差系数的方法;对于无功分配,采用修正等功率因数分配法。同时考虑了AVC与自动发电控制(AGC)的关系,采取相应的措施保证无功平稳调节。文中介绍的方法经过三峡右岸AVC运行检验,证明是行之有效的。
The paper introduces the operation mode,regulation mode,acquisition method and allotment of reactive power target value and related conditions for the H9000 v4.0 AVC in the Three Gorges Right Bank Hydropower Station.To ensure a smooth adjustment to the reactive target value,the reactive power compensation and the monitoring reactive power regulation are adopted.The self-adaptive and self-learning method of voltage regulation is adopted for AVC,for which it is difficult to determine the reactive power value for voltage deviation.The method of reactive power dispatching in the power station is the same proportional allotment in terms of power factor of each generator.In the paper,some measures are adopted to ensure the smooth adjustment of the reactive power.The methods introduced in the paper are proved effective in the Three Gorges Right Bank Hydropower Station.
