摘要
"风咳"病名古已有之,多种慢性咳嗽的临床表现符合风咳的特点,"风邪"为多种慢性咳嗽的重要病因。本文以中医理论为基础,结合疾病的发生发展及证候表现,进而提出"风邪"又可分"内风"与"外风"的病因学新见解,"内风"与"外风"合邪犯肺为其主要病因病机,治疗中当以祛风宣肺为主。
Anemogenous cough has existed as name of disease at ancient times, a variety of clinical manifestations of chronic cough cough characteristics in line with the wind, wind is a important cause of chronic cough. In this paper, based on the theory of Chinese medicine, combined with the development of diseases and syndromes of performance,then we advance the new ideas of Etiology that the＂wind＂ also can be divided into ＂inner-wind＂ and ＂exterior-wind＂, the major cause of disease and pathogenesis is the evil of ＂inner-wind＂ and ＂exterior-wind＂, so it should be treated with the method of eliminating wind and releasing lung.
