摘要
目的探讨机械排痰法对ICU危重患者的排痰效果。方法选取40例合并肺部感染、血氧饱和度(SaO2)<90%的患者,按完全随机法分成观察组和对照组,每组各20例。观察组应用振动排痰机排痰,对照组采用传统手叩击法排痰,比较两组患者首次排痰前后SaO2、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、呼吸频率、咳痰或吸痰量。结果观察组患者肺部听诊、SaO2、PaO2、呼吸频率的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论机械排痰效果优于人工叩击排痰,可在临床广泛推广应用。
Objective To investigate effects of expectoration with mechanical deducing expectoration in critical patients in ICU. Methods Forty patients with pulmonary infection(SaO2〈90%) were completely randomized into control group( n =20) and experimental group( n =20)for sputum excretion. The experimental group was given vibrating sputum evacuation device, while the control group was given manpower beating. A comparison was conducted between the two groups in excreting sputum, SaO2, PaO2, breathing rate, the volume of expectoration or sputum aspiration before and after the first expectoration. Results The auscultating lung sounds, SaO2, PaO2 and breathing rate in the experimental group were superior to those of the control group( P 〈0.05). Conchtsion The effect of machine vibration on sputum excretion in ICU patients was superior to that of manpower beating. The method was deserved being generalized for clinical use.
