摘要
目的探讨纤维蛋白封闭剂在甲状腺手术中的应用效果。方法以行双侧甲状腺次全切除术的患者为研究对象,将2007年1月-2008年3月在广州医学院第二附属医院行此手术治疗的115例患者随机分成A、B两组,A组术中应用纤维蛋白封闭剂,B组不用。术后两组患者进行引流量等多项指标比较。结果A组的伤口引流量、切口拆线时间等多项指标均优于B组。结论在甲状腺手术中应用纤维蛋白封闭剂术后创面渗出液明显减少,可促进伤口愈合,有应用价值。
Objective To study the effective of fibrin sealant in the thyroid surgery. Methods 115 cases with double-sided subtotal thyroidectomy treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College between January 2007 and March 2008 were randomly divided into group A and group B. During the operation, group A received fibrin sealant while group B not. The draining flow and other indexes of the two groups were compared after operation. Results A lots of indexes in group A, such as the draining flow of wound and time of stitches remove out were superior to group B. Conclusion The fibrin sealant can decreased the raw surface effusions obviously in the thyroid surgery and promote wound healing.
