摘要
提出用时间集上的模糊数表示工序时间非确定时工序时间参数的方法，提出了用Ｌ－Ｒ模糊数量化时间参数的具体算法。在此基础上建立了可适用于复杂环境、工序时间参数用现有统计法难以确定时网络规划的模糊算法。
An approach to present the working procedure time parameters under the uncertain working procedure time by means of fuzzy number above time set is put forward. The detail calculating method to quantify the time parameters with L R fuzzy numer is provided.Basing on above, the fuzzy calculation approach to be used to determine the time network program under the conditions of complicated surrounding as well and the working procedure time can not be fixed by the statistical method at hand.
