摘要
农民工文化素质和技能水平较低的客观事实要求高等院校在农民工职业培训上有所作为。职技高师在开展农民工培训上具有专业、师资、基地、就业服务等优势,但也受到教育观念滞后、办学模式僵化、培训经费短缺等一系列问题困扰。在建设和谐社会的大背景下,要更新教育观念、加强"双师型"教师队伍建设、灵活办学,并且突出特色或优势培训项目,使职技高师更好地服务于农民工培训,推动和谐社会的构建和新农村建设。
The objective fact of cultural migrant workers＇ qualities and skills of a lower level requires that vocational colleges do something such as vocational training for migrant workers. Vocational technical teachers＇ colleges have several advantages as professional training, teacher, training-base for migrant workers＇ training, but the concept of education, rigid school system, the shortage of funding for training and a series of factors exit as well. Behind the background of building a harmonious society, we should to update the ideas of education, strengthen the ＂ Double Teacher＂ of teachers, the school system activation, and highlight the characteristics or edge training programs with a view to vocational training institutions in migrant workers, to serve building a harmonious society and the ＂New Rural＂ construction.
