摘要
目的了解大学生性健康教育需求以及针对大学生预防艾滋病/性病行为干预的近期效果,探索高校艾滋病预防干预的有效方式。方法通过讲座、播放DVD、发放小册子、在校园张贴海报对浙江省2所高校3个学院二、三年级的学生进行干预,采用同一调查问卷,在干预前、后分别调查大学生性行为的变化。结果行为干预对大学生性伴对象和数量没有显著影响;干预后3个月,大学生说服性伴使用安全套的信心、不使用安全套拒绝发生性关系的信心、每次使用安全套以及打算使用时去购买安全套的信心明显上升;过去3个月有性行为的学生中,因为艾滋病/性病,去过医院或诊所的从1.1%上升到了7.2%;在曾经使用过安全套的学生中,使用安全套是为了预防艾滋病、性病的比例显著上升,上升幅度均达25%以上。结论行为干预不会使大学生的性行为更为活跃。行为干预对提升大学生实施安全性行为的信心以及改变大学生就医行为和大学生安全套使用目的等有积极效果。
Objective To know the undergraduates＇ needs of sexual health education and near term effects of HIV/AIDS intervention, and to probe effective measures for universities to develop effective intervention. Methods Interventions were conducted among grade two and three students of three schools in two universities of Zhejiang Province using lecture, DVD broadcast, distribution of pamphlet and post pasting in campus. Pretest and post-test survey were conducted by using the same questionnaire to evaluate the changes of sexual behaviors. Results Behavioral intervention did not result in significant changes on type and number of sex partners. Three months after intervention, confidence for persuading partner to use condom, rejection if partner did not want to use condom, using condom every time and going to buy condom when they want to use it went up significantly. Among the students had sexual experience during the past three months, the percentage of visiting a clinic or hospital due to their concern of STD/HIV increased from 1.1% to 7.2%. Among those who ever use condom, those who used it for prevention of HIV/STD increased significantly, the up-interval reached over 25%. Conclusion Behavioral intervention do not make the students more sexually active. Behavioral intervention has positive effects in enhancing the students＇ confidence to conduct safe sex behavior and changing their behavior to see a doctor and purpose of condom use.
