摘要
橡实是替代粮食的有效资源，我国橡实资源丰富，年产量在600万吨以上。考察了陕西省橡实产业发展经验，分析了湖北省橡实产业发展面临的问题，并提出发展思路：湖北的橡实资源也很丰富，要把资源优势变成经济优势和产业优势。政府必须大力扶持，加大对橡实产品的科研投入；其次是建好基地，开展标准化生产建设；第三是对橡实进行立体开发。培植龙头企业。
Acorn is an efficient resource to replace the food. There are rich acorn in China with an annual yield of over 6 million tons. Based on the experience of developing acorn industry in Shanxi province, this paper provides some suggestions to strength the development of acorn industry in Hubei province.
