建设和谐校园是建设和谐社会的内在要求,是高等教育科学发展的重要基础,是加快推进一流大学建设的必然要求。建设和谐校园是一项系统工程,是一个循序渐进的过程。坚持发展是第一要务,是建设和谐校园的主题;坚持以师生为本,是建设和谐校园的核心;坚持体制和机制创新,是建设和谐校园的重要保障;进一步提升领导班子和领导干部依法治校能力,是建设和谐校园的根本保证。
To construct harmonious campus is the immanent requirement to construct harmonious society, the important basis for higher educational scientific development, and the inevitable requirement to speed up the construction of the first-class university. The construction of harmonious campus is a system engineering and also the course following in proper sequence and making steady progress. To adhere to that development is the first priority is the theme of construc- ting harmonious campus. To adhere to teacher-student orientation is the core of constructing harmonious campus. To adhere to system and mechanism innovation is the important guarantee to construct harmonious campus. To further upgrade the ability of the management and leading carders to govern schools according to the law is the fundamental guarantee to construct harmonious campus.
