摘要
目的:建立保健食品中脂肪酸的测定方法。方法:采用毛细管柱气相色谱技术,同时测定月桂酸、豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亚油酸、γ-亚麻酸、α-亚麻酸、花生酸、花生四烯酸、EPA、山俞酸、DPA、DHA,以正己烷为溶剂,色谱柱为FFAP毛细管柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),检测器为FID。结果:各种脂肪酸色谱的分离度均大于1.5,平均回收率为89.9%-99.9%,相对标准偏差为0.07%-4.58%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便准确,适用于保健食品中多种脂肪酸的同时测定。
Objective: To establish a methods for simultaneous detection of fatty acids in health foods. Methods: Using the capillary vessel column gas chromatography technology, the lauric acid, the bean myristic acid, the palmitic acid, the palmitoleic acid, the stearic acid, the oleic acid, the linoleic acid, γ - the linolenic acid, α - the linolenic acid, the arachic acid, the arachidonic acid, EPA, Shah Yu acid, DPA, DHA were detected. Taking the normal hexane as the resolver, the chromatographic column was the FFAP capillary vessel column ( 30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm) the detector FID. Results: Each kind of fatty acid chromatograph's degree of dissociation was higher than 1.5, the average returns - ratio was 89.9% - 99.9% and the relative standard deviation was 0. 07% - 4. 58% (n = 6). Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate and suitable for simultaneous determination of various fatty acids in health foods.
