摘要
目的:了解医疗机构消毒灭菌状况,确保奥运会消毒灭菌质量。方法:采用现场调查和采样检测方法,对医疗机构的空气、物体表面、医务人员手、紫外线灯、压力蒸汽灭菌器、使用中消毒剂及洁净手术室消毒灭菌效果进行评价。结果:空气质量、物体表面、紫外线灯、压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率为100%,医务人员手合格率为89.36%,使用中消毒剂合格率为88.24%,洁净手术室的菌落数合格率为87.5%,粒子数合格率为87.5%,压差合格率为62.5%,换气次数合格率为6.67%,温度合格率为62.5%,湿度合格率为31.25%。结论:奥运前医疗机构消毒灭菌工作总体较好,但部分工作有待提高。
Objective ：To insure the quality of disinfection and sterilization during 2008 Olympic Game by investigating the situation of disinfection and sterilization in hospital. Methods ： Field investigation and sampling was used to test and evaluate the quality of indoor air, object surface, staff＇s hand, ultraviolet lamp, autoclave sterilizer, disinfectant, and clean operating room. Results ：The qualified rate of indoor air, object surface, ultraviolet lamp and autoclave sterilizer is 100%. The qualified rate of staff＇s hand and disinfectant is 89. 36% and 88. 24%, respectively. For clean operating room, the qualified rate of colony forming units, particle Number, pressure, number of air changes, temperature, humidity is 87. 5% ,87. 5% ,62. 5% ,6.67% ,62. 5% and 31.25%, respectively. Conclusion：The integral quality of disinfection and sterilization in hospital was good, but the qualified rate of staff＇s hand, disinfectant and clean operating room need to be improved.
