摘要
采用文献资料法和专家访谈法等研究方法,以青少年足球后备人才培养的现状为基础,分析和讨论了青少年足球后备人才培养中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的建议,以期能够对青少年足球后备人才的培养提供帮助。
This paper, using documents and interviews with experts and other research methods, in order to the juvenile soccer reserve talents cultivation of the status quo on the basis, analyses and discusses the main problems of the juvenile soccer reserve talents cultivation, and puts forward some proposals to solve these problems.
