摘要
针对达州市两所高校505名大学生的就业意向与就业压力进行了问卷调查,结果表明:贫困大学生在关注就业的程度、就业期望、就业准备及尝试方面与非贫困生不存在显著差异;在对就业难的感知程度、发展愿望、薪酬期望以及来自家庭和社会的就业帮助、面对就业失败的抗挫程度等方面,贫困生与非贫困生间存在差异。
This paper has done a survey of employment pressure and intentions of students, and the result shows that there is no dramatic distinction between the needed students and other students in the aspects of attention to employment, employment expectations, job preparation and attempt, but there are differences in the aspects of perceived employment level, aspirations of development, salary expectation, employment aid from family and society, the frustration for failure in employment.
