摘要
"卓越绩效"不仅是企业崇尚的境界,也是非营利组织特别是高等学校追求的目标。发端于20世纪90年代的平衡计分卡被誉为近年来最具影响力的管理工具之一,对于提升组织绩效、强化战略管理进程有着非常重要的作用。运用平衡计分卡工具能够帮助高等学校战略愿景的形成、战略主题与战略目标的确定与实施,以及绩效衡量指标的设定,为高校建立健全绩效管理体系提供借鉴与参考。
"Super performance" is not only the state that many corporations admire,but also the objective of nonprofit organizations,especially the colleges. Balance score card (BSC)that derived in the 1990s has been regarded as one of the most influenced managerial tools for 75 years. It is significant to improve organizational performance enhance and strategic management enhancing. Using BSC,the college can design the total process from the formation of strategic vision to the establishment of strategic theme and objectives ,then to the transformation of action and the definition of performance measuring indices. The process can provide reference for colleges to improve their performance management system.
