摘要
公立医院药品加成政策出台至今已经有55年的历史,是现行医院的经济补偿政策。2008年新医改方案提出,探索建立比较规范的公立医院管理体制和运行机制,采取有效方式改革以药补医机制。目前如何改变医院原有的经济运行模式以适应新的形势已成为解决问题的关键。文章将通过对我国药品加成的历史沿革及其对公立医院产生的影响的分析,探讨取消这一政策后医院面临的问题和困境,提出相应的对策建议。
Drug price addition policy in public hospitals has been 55 years, it is a kind of economic compensation policy. In order to adapt to the new situation, How to change the original economic operation pattern has become the key to solve the problem. This article is about the analysis of the history of drug addition and its impact on public hospitals, After calling off drug price addition. Public hospital will face lots of problems.
