摘要
基于功能-行为-结构映射的机构系统概念设计模型,在已知行为结构前提下,通过机构方案解的综合和优选,实现行为到机构的转换;基于输出构件基本动作进行机构分类,建立行为-机构形态学映射矩阵;建立执行机构系统方案评价准则和量化指标;基于遗传算法构建行为-机构映射优化求解数学模型和方法,并给出实例.
The transformation from behaviour to mechanism was performed via synthesis and optimization of mechanism schemes under given behaviour structure based on function-behavior-structure (FBS) model of conceptual design of mechanism system. The mechanisms were classfified according to actions of the output components and the morphologie matrix was established to describe the mapping between actions and mechanisms. In order to seek an optimal scheme among those possible solutions, evaluation criteria, mathematical models and solution procedure were established. Finally, one example was given to demonstrate the presented method.
