摘要
目的就疾病分类与同行切磋交流,提高编码准确性。方法分别对Meige综合征和朗格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症的病因、病理、临床特征进行文献复习,根据ICD-10分类原则查找对应编码。结果这两个疾病诊断名称在ICD-10工具书中直接查到的编码与疾病的临床或病理特征不符,经综合分析并查找合乎临床意义的编码。结论编码员在熟练掌握ICD理论知识、编码原则的基础上,还要具有扎实的医学基础知识,不断学习,了解医学发展情况,才能保证编码的准确性。
Objective To exchange the experiences of the Classification of Diseases with the peers and learn from them to improve the coding accuracy. Methods We reviewed the articles on the etiology, pathology, clinical characteristics of Meige syndrome and Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis separately, and searched the corresponding codes in accordance with the principles of ICD - 10. Results The codes in ICD - 10 corresponding to names of the two diagnosed diseases do not match the clinical or pathological features of them; after a comprehensive analysis we found the very codes that are in line with the clinical significance of the diseases. Conclusions Based on the theory and the principle of coding, the coders should lay a strong foundation of clinical medicine, learn continuously, to know the medical developments of clinical medicine, so as to guarantee the accuracy of coding.
